System Analyst
Experience Level: 4+ Years
You will develop, maintain and implement new and existing systems to
enhance & improve business information flow, efficiency and productivity.
You are required to liaise with users to gather requirements, provide
end-user support and training.
Requirements:
A
university degree with a min. experience of 2 years in systems development
& implementation in distribution environment.
Proficiency
in ILE RPG or RPG/400 running on IBM AS400 and Lansa
Tools.
An
analytical mind and a good aptitude for learning new skills for software development.
Good
communication and presentation skills.
Willingness To Travel
One having know. of TMS Bookmaster, Oracle, MS SQL,
etc. & PC tools like MS Access, Java script etc. will be preferred.
Senior Quality Managers
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Qualifications: Engineering Graduate Degree, M.Sc. or MCA.
Candidates
with testing browser-based applications will be
preferred.
Requirements:
A good software testing background.
Should
have exposure to industry-standard automated test tools.(WinRunner, LoadRunner, TestDirector)
Willingness and interest to do testing on a regular
basis.
Must
demonstrate curiosity in figuring out how things
work and ways to make them fail.
Be
capable of thinking outside the normal form of
use of the Application.
Familiarity
with network protocols and technologies highly
desirable.
Effective in communicating testing feedback to
On-site/Off-site development teams.

yr. Quality Management function should have experience
in ISO 9000, CMM or other quality models.
Project Managers
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Ideally
a person with a Bachelor of Technology from IITs/
Foreign Universities/ Regional Engineering Colleges
in Computer Science or Relevant fields with Good
Industry Experience.
Responsibilities:
One
who can manage a team of 20 software engineers on a wide variety of challenging technical
& time line issues.
Exposure
to OOAD,mission critical application development,
distributed computing & quality management is desirable.
One
who can manage schedules & resources efficiently,
& can effectively involve in design.
One
who has a strong understanding of the latest technologies & is able to take relevant decisions.
Project Leaders
Experience Level: 4+ Years
A person who can efficiently manage a technical team of 10 software
engineers and meet the customer time lines.
He should have an Engineering or a Science degree from a reputed Indian or Foreign University with real Good Industry Experience.
Requirements:
Very
high caliber in programming skills, algorithms
and problem solving skills.
Very
good experience in Solaris/Windows and socket layer
network programming.
Excellent
knowledge of developing for the Microsoft operating
systems.
Must
be familiar with protocols.
Strong
C++ and Java Skills are essential.
Experience
in using Oracle Database at back-end is preferred.
Demonstrate
ability to work with developers in remote location.
Do
the technical work quite independently without too
much oversight on a daily basis.
Should
be able to communicate well and have command over
English.
Principal Architects
Experience Level: 6+ Years
Ideally a person with a Ph.D. from IIT/ Foreign Universities
in computer science with multinational exposure.
Responsibilities:
One who can manage a team of 50 engineers
on a wide variety of challenging technical, resource
and time line issues.
One who is responsible for tech. strategy,
designing, building & delivery coupled with
knowledge management & visualization.
